[Coral-List] Passive cooling for reef restoration infrastructure

Hi Bryce,
 For the Florida Keys maybe we could engineer a large baffle to divert
the Florida Current up onto the  reef tract to bathe the corals in
cooler water. I suggest sinking an old aircraft carrier off the Sambos
or Rock Key in about 100 meters  of water or deeper.
I am sure the NOAA engineers would have a field day with this project.
If it works it would be a great example of turning weapons into
something useful.
