   The  Florida DEP is seeking an Environmental Specialist II to: provide
   professional  level  environmental  services  primarily  in  the Lower
   Region  of the FKNMS in accordance with policies and guidelines of the
   Department  of  Environmental  Protection  and  the National Oceanic &
   Atmospheric  Administration.   The  position  performs  assessments of
   existing  natural resource damage and potential environmental impacts,
   participates in ecological restoration activities, performs biological
   monitoring,   and  provides  assistance  for  emergency  response  and
   supports scientific activities
